1.      Why does understanding the context of a work of art add to our understanding of it?
 

    The context of a piece of art helps to determine its real meaning of the piece. This helps to understand the viewer’s point of view. Understanding the context will definitely help to judge and see the feeling behind the paint. The painting should reflect the position or situation of the artist, the context helps to see thru the picture. The context will give a better explanation and add to our acknowledgement. This will help to understand everything clearly.

2.      In what way does the written word add to the public’s experience of art?

      The Written form gives the perfect explanation of the piece of art and the why it was chose to be made that certain way. The way you view something, than the explanation for its own reason give a great view of points that differ weather you accept the piece of for what it is or not. The controversy that many of us have towards one single piece makes a great difference. The difference makes us see the piece different and think for what it really is, the written part it’s the reason for which was made. This reason gives a greater explanation and makes our acknowledgement give the right thought of what it really is.

The mediums of art nd its value!

The medium that we now use varies in many different ways, and makes a different impression on everyone who sees art. Art has many other ways of developing more than just a pencil drawing or done in color. The medium of every piece of art it’s different and now we can show it on many different ways. Drawing on a wall or making something with plastic, wood, cement, etc. Art its everywhere and you can make it with everything. Yes! They are different things that we see and say that is not art! Maybe because of the way is made or how is made. Now artist show there art thru different mediums, some of us might see it different and think is not art yet we don’t feel what the artist felt to lead him to make the piece. All work of art has its own meaning and the medium that is use really don’t make a difference, only in its appearance.  We perceive art by what we see and how it looks, not much for how is made but there is a meaning behind it. The value of a piece its more of how it looks and its meaning behind it. The medium its very important, however it depends on how the person acknowledges it.

    In my opinion artist become artist for the way they are and think and express there art. Artist don’t become who they are for what everyone likes, but for what they show and mean or feel. Artist should keep doing what they know what to do and show how they feel and keep the intrigue of us who appreciate the art.

1. What we gain from studying art its the story and the different kind of art that has ever exist, also we get the knowledge of the dinamics of art and its artist. Art has been changing throughout the years, art shows us the different kind of things that art was created with. Art is a way of learning about culture and the different was of living of our ansestors. The art history shows how things have change ant the different values, techniques and events occur. Art its a way of expressing our feelings, a way of creating something that is ours and expresses the way we feel and see things. Everyone see's things different, we all have different imagination.

2. Its true all human kind have potential to be creative, but artist are unique on the way they express themselves and how passionate they are bout art. The artist have shown how much they love art and how they feel about it. They show new ways of looking at art and classifying it, in different perspectives. This artist have shown potential on there art and expression of there feelings. Yes! everything its art, but in different ways and by how its capture. Artist are unique for what they do and developed because not everyone see's the way they do.

3. Most of the virtues of categorizing art, are the way art its shown in the human body and the way the figures are shown. Sculptures its a very good point of showing the virtues of art and some of the greek figuresas well. The virtues of this sculptures oncentrate in only one kind of figure/ painting.Mean whie the Pitfalls are more of different things in only one thing weather its an sculpture or painting. The pitfalls of categorizing art, are a bit more complicated on the form more than one thing its shown in one piece. Yet the virtues and the pitfalls of art both are great works, maybe one more complicated than the other but both great to judge.

The Major themes of Baraka relates to Visual Art

  The major themes of Baraka, and the way the the Visual Art relates in the movie is shown by the pictures or scenes of the movie with the nature and different cultures that are found around the world.  One of the many themes the Baraka movie has is nature, its wonderful landscapes and the nations where this is found. The many different cities, and countries show there culture in the paintings. In this movie the talking its not included only the vision of each image that is shown, and story's that each image show and tell. Visual Art its also shown in the sculptures , which tells there beliefs and history. The movie might be confusing, yet it develops a series of events that have change in time and also demonstrates that Art is everywhere. Not only that but it shows the shapes, textures, and all the different art that is found even in the people who's rituals make murals.In resolution Visual Art its shown throughout the whole movie with no words included, just a silent visual story that is told thought out Art.
